Drink More Water

Summer is coming up, we need to increase our water intake. We can get so busy and forget to drink or eat and pee too? All of this is not good for you so if you know that this is you then you need to hit the water cooler and drink away. Dehyration affects the body a lot more than we think even if it is mild. Mild dehyradtion is the kind where you don't even feel thirsty . According to experts, mild dehydration which is caused by drinkoing less  water can alter our moods , concetration and increase the levels of fatigue. If you find you are irritable and tired lately, then you need to drink more water. There is alot of  controversy on how much you should drink in a day but a simple way to calculate it is by divide you body weight by 2 and the figure you get is the amount of ounces you should drink. For example if you weigh 150bs, divide 150/2  which is 75. You should be drinking about 75 ounces and nothing less than that.

To increase you water intake you can do the following:

Purchase one of these cute water bottles: Carry them around with you from work, in the gym and that way you can remember to drink your water and even rememeber to refill it.

Drink Tea: Making a hot cup of tea in the morning is a great way to increase your water intake without increasing calories. Try some green tea, herbal tea or ayurdervic tea.

Eat fruits and vegetables: Fruits and vegetables contain alot of water so by consuming them you are increasing your water intake. Fruits like watermelons, tomatoes, grapefruits can be added to you diet all have about 90% of water.
